Website information helps you explore services. Visiting the site or clicking a contact button does not book work, create a subscription or replace a separately agreed service contract. The database protection and automated access provisions below address proprietary compilations while preserving the stated public-record and legal exceptions.
Scope of these terms
These terms describe the basis on which TSE Environmental, doing business as Global Environmental, makes this website and its informational content available. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Data & Intelligence Disclaimer and Responsible Use & Communications Policy, which supplements these terms.
They apply to this website. A written service agreement, accepted proposal or service-specific terms govern separately agreed work or application services. Where an applicable signed agreement addresses the same subject differently, that agreement controls for that work.
Service inquiries and agreements
Descriptions of inspections, environmental testing, property compliance, building care and specialist projects are general introductions. Some catalogue entries are specialist enquiries with availability and qualified-provider arrangements still to be confirmed. Availability, suitability, scope, preparation, access, credentials, price, timing, documentation and follow-up must be established for the particular job.
A call, message, website visit or button click is an inquiry unless and until the relevant service arrangement is agreed. This website does not process payments or create a recurring subscription. Payment, cancellation and service-frequency terms belong in the applicable agreement.
Professional scope and your responsibilities
Website information cannot establish the condition of a specific property. A mold assessment is separate from mold removal or building repairs. Sampling answers the questions within its agreed scope; it is not a certification that a space is free of every contaminant. Exhaust cleaning is preventive maintenance and is not a method of extinguishing an active fire.
Nothing on this website expands a professional certification or authorizes work beyond its permitted scope. When seeking service, provide accurate information about the concern, known conditions, your authority to arrange work and any access limitations. Follow the preparation and safety instructions agreed for the work.
Informational content and outcomes
Agency summaries, educational illustrations and Inspection Hunter descriptions are for general information and preparation. They do not replace current official requirements, a property-specific inspection, laboratory interpretation within an agreed scope, or qualified legal, medical, engineering or other professional advice.
We do not promise a particular inspection date, letter grade, absence of violations, avoidance of closure, reopening decision or regulatory outcome. The responsible agency makes its own determinations.
Inspection Hunter and external services
The Inspection Hunter link opens an overview on this website. Its Ask about access button prepares an email in your email app; you choose whether to send it. Neither action creates an account, adds you to a waiting list, grants app access or purchases a plan.
A separate Inspection Hunter application is outside the scope of these website terms unless its own terms expressly incorporate them. Review the applicable offering, terms and privacy notice before using it. Features described as planned, in development or coming soon may change and are not a promise of availability by a particular date.
Links to government resources, WhatsApp and other external services lead to destinations with their own availability, content, access requirements and terms. A separately purchased service is governed by its applicable offering or agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person or agency, submit malicious material, interfere with website operation, bypass access controls, or attempt to access accounts or information without permission.
Do not present our website or app interpretations as official government notices, agency findings or proof of a condition that the underlying source does not establish.
Website materials and public records
Global Environmental branding and original website materials are protected where applicable. You may view the site and share links for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not use our branding to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
Government records and third-party materials remain subject to their own applicable rights and terms. Our inclusion of a public record or external link does not give us ownership of the underlying record.
Database Protection & Platform Data Use
Global Environmental may make available proprietary compilations of property and compliance information, including aggregated records, original analyses, annotations and system-generated signals (“Platform Data”). These provisions apply to such content when provided through this website. They do not replace the terms governing a separate application.
Except for ordinary viewing and reasonable printing or saving for your own lawful service evaluation, an expressly permitted use, or a use protected by applicable law, you may not, without Global Environmental’s prior written authorization:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or otherwise commercialize Platform Data.
- Download substantial portions of a database, or repeatedly extract smaller portions to reconstruct it.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract property or compliance data from our website.
- Replicate our proprietary databases or reverse engineer our data systems through unauthorized access or extraction.
- Use our proprietary compilations or analyses to build competing products, services or lead-generation databases.
Any authorized export, integration or reuse remains subject to the scope of the permission granted. The public-record and legal exceptions below apply to these restrictions.
Automated Access Restriction
Users may not access or extract website data using bots, scraping tools, automated scripts or data-mining software unless expressly authorized in writing by Global Environmental, subject to the permitted uses and legal exceptions in these terms.
This restriction does not prohibit ordinary browser functions, accessibility tools used to read the website, or bona fide search engines indexing publicly available pages in accordance with our published crawler instructions and access restrictions. Search indexing does not authorize a separate bulk dataset, resale or republication of our proprietary compilations.
Do not bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or other access restrictions; misuse credentials; or impose an unreasonable load on the website. Written permission for one purpose does not authorize other automated collection or use.
Data Compilation Ownership
To the extent protected by applicable law, the original selection, coordination, organization and arrangement of our compilations, together with original analyses and presentation, belong to Global Environmental or the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce or commercialize those protected elements except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.
Public facts, underlying government records and third-party materials do not become our exclusive property merely because we include them. These provisions do not restrict obtaining public records directly from their original sources under those sources’ terms, independently developing products from lawfully obtained information, or exercising rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict. No exclusive ownership is claimed over public facts themselves.
Enforcement
Global Environmental reserves the right to review usage information lawfully available to us and investigate suspected extraction or misuse, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Where we control access, violations may result in access restrictions, suspension or termination, including immediate action to address active abuse, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement. Unauthorized extraction or reuse may also result in legal action to protect our intellectual property and enforce these terms, using remedies available under applicable law.

Availability and limitations
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content can become outdated and technical interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website’s informational content and access are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will be complete, uninterrupted or suitable for every particular decision.
Verify information important to a legal, financial, regulatory or safety decision with the relevant source or qualified professional. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes non-waivable consumer rights, or replaces obligations under an applicable service agreement.
