AT A GLANCE

Use information for legitimate services and compliance work. Verify what you say, identify yourself accurately, respect communication preferences, and never use our information for spam, harassment, impersonation or deceptive marketing.

Responsible Use of Platform Data

Global Environmental provides environmental service information and may offer tools that help users review potential compliance concerns and identify legitimate opportunities for professional inspection services. Users must use that information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to information and resources made available through this website. It applies to another Global Environmental platform only if that platform expressly incorporates it. Separate application terms continue to govern unless they state otherwise.

Check the underlying source, relevant dates and property or business identity before relying on a record or contacting anyone about it. An analytical signal or possible concern is not an official finding. See our Data & Intelligence Disclaimer.

Permitted Use

Subject to applicable law, the Terms of Service and any limits on your authorized access, users may use lawfully obtained information to:

  • Evaluate potential environmental inspection or service opportunities.
  • Contact property owners or managers about legitimate inspection services, using lawful methods and obtaining consent where required.
  • Manage environmental compliance activities within their authority.

Communications must be professional, truthful, relevant to a legitimate business purpose and clear about the sender’s identity and role. These permitted uses do not authorize bulk harvesting, unauthorized redistribution of proprietary data, or acting on behalf of Global Environmental without permission.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use our website, information or any service governed by this policy to:

  • Send spam or unlawful unsolicited communications, or evade applicable opt-out or do-not-call requirements.
  • Harass, intimidate or threaten property owners, tenants, managers or other people.
  • Impersonate a government agency, regulatory authority, Global Environmental or another person or business.
  • Present our data, estimates or interpretations as official government determinations, notices or inspection appointments.
  • Use deceptive marketing, fabricated violations, unsupported claims of imminent enforcement, or misleading statements about required services.
  • Violate applicable telemarketing, electronic communication, privacy or consumer-protection laws.

Compliance With Communication Laws

Users are responsible for determining and meeting the requirements that apply to their communications. Depending on the channel, recipient and circumstances, these may include telemarketing rules, national or state do-not-call requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable electronic communication and consumer-protection laws.

Obtain any required consent before contacting a recipient. Use accurate sender information and disclosures, provide required opt-out methods, and honor applicable opt-out, do-not-call and consent-revocation requests. Publicly listed contact details do not establish consent where consent is required. Keep any records required for your communications.

You are responsible for the recipients, methods and content of outreach you initiate, including outreach arranged through your contractors. Access to information does not mean Global Environmental approves or authorizes your communications. Nothing in this policy removes Global Environmental’s own responsibilities under applicable law.

Platform Integrity

Users must not disrupt operations, interfere with another user’s lawful access, introduce malicious material, bypass access restrictions, or misuse Global Environmental’s name, branding or information for fraud, impersonation or deception.

This policy does not prohibit honest reviews, lawful criticism, good-faith complaints, reports to government authorities or other legally protected communications. A negative opinion alone is not misuse.

Enforcement

Global Environmental may investigate reports of misuse and review information lawfully available to us, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where we control access, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access or accounts governed by this policy for violations, including immediate action to address active abuse, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement.

To report suspected misuse or ask about this policy, contact Globalenviromental.ny@gmail.com. Include the relevant page or communication, its date and a short explanation. Share only information you are authorized to provide.
